Your Health and Safety

We take your health and safety very seriously and have designed extensive procedures to ensure that you have both an amazing and safe experience with us. An additional important point is that Bali has been relatively unscathed by the pandemic. Below, are our procedures to ensure that each guest has a safe stay with us.

  1. Every morning, the temperature of each staff member is recorded and can not exceed 97.5 degrees C in order to begin working.

  2. All staff must wear masks.

  3. Our restaurant and rooms are disinfected using an 8% solution of Clorox, following WHO guidelines. After guests check out, there is a 24 hour waiting period before other guests can check-in, and during this time we disinfect the bungalow, tent, or villa three different times.

  4. When guests arrive at our restaurant we take their temperature.

  5. The tables in our restaurant are widely spaced. A safari tent serves as our restaurant and we normally roll the tent walls up allowing great views of our gardens and substantial ventilation.

  6. A health clinic with a doctor on duty is less than 1/2 kilometer from us.

  7. No cases of Covid-19 have been reported in our village of Sebatu or surrounding area.
